My stock chart of my diet isn't good!

Week one of my first month has not gone the way I want. My goal being to drop 11 lbs in the next 25 days is going to be tough. Havn't had a hard core work out of any sort latly and I know that is hurtin me bad. My body is to used to tennis, and with has hard as a hit i'm gaining weight from the muscle! Time to get my determination back hit the running, hard core work outs, and biking again. Start one day at a time, with one week off all intense work outs! It will be tough but I still want to meet my goal!
